My Story

Welcome to Swayne’s Covenant Carpentry LLC! I’m Joe Swayne, owner and operator of this local business.  Since January 2019, we have been serving our local communities, providing a wide variety of carpentry services.  I started this business because I sincerely enjoy providing quality services and helping customers see their home designs come to life.  Our goal is to honor our covenant between the company and our customers, while providing services that focus on performance and quality over the quantity produced.

 

I am a Master Finish and Trim Carpenter and have worked in the construction industry for 14 years and I have been a licensed subcontractor since 2019.  I received my initial education at a vocational high school.  Since graduation, I have been involved in multiple facets of the industry including but not limited to framing, drywall and finishing, interior painting, cabinet making and installation, millwork, tile installation, interior trim and finish carpentry.

When my wife, Sarah, is not taking care of our children at home, she is behind the scenes handling the administrative aspects of the business.  She also assists in the cabinet and refinishing side of the business as well as on other projects as needed.
